Qualify - Qualify Tools are developed by BeSchuur. The company is located in Germany and is focused on developing sofware based Video Analysis Tools.
The first product VISUALmpeg (now part of Qualify VES) was released in 2001. In the meanwhile, more than 150 customers are using VISUALmpeg for R&D, Education or Quality Analysis.
Since VISUALmpeg is a perfect tools for educational use, many Universities are using this Software for teaching and training.
