Dektec just appointed Xpertia as new distributor for their products in Spain.

 

This agreement was reached during last IBC and is in line with the new business divisions XperCast and XpertTECH.

 

The key facts for Dektec to take this decission are:

  • Market knowledge by the members of Xpertia
  • Technical skills and experience with Dektec's products in the past
  • Specific business lines dedicated to broadcast and test&measurements

Xpertia will start operations inmediately as Dektec's reseller, covering the complete territory of Spain, with special emphasis on Dektec's complete solutions, OEM markets and Monitoring products.

 

Dektec is a company based in The Netherlands, and has offices in the US and distributors all around the world. Dektec's products range from PCI cards for professional use in the audiovisual business (SDI, ASI, DVB-T, DVB-S, TSoIP,...) to applications that would fullfill every need in audiovisual environments.

Xpertia will present exciting new solutions at IBC2011 PDF Print E-mail

Madrid, August 22nd, 2011

Xpertia Soluciones Integrales, a Spanish manufacturer of products and provider for a wide variety of services for the Digital TV industry, will attend, once again, IBC 2011 (Amsterdam, September 9-13). The company will also collaborate with its distributors and at the same time will introduce great news at Nyetec's stand 2.C31. Nyetec is Xpertia´s UK distributor.

Xpertia will be present at IBC 2011 with the new functionalities and evolutions of its highly successful solution addressed to Digital TV laboratories LabMU. Additionally, the company will show a preliminary version of the new solution for the production environments called LabMU Studio, to be available in Q4 this year.

On the other hand, Xpertia Soluciones Integrales will introduce other new products at the show which are specialized Digital TV solutions and services and also a series of agreements with important manufacturers and software creators for the HbbTV standard.The company will additionally present its new monitoring platform for Digital TV analysis, called oXserver, specifically designed for network operators and broadcasters on an international level, which can be supplied either as a product or as a service.

Xpertia at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos de Madrid PDF Print E-mail

Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (URJC) of Madrid recently decided to count on LabMU for their Digital TV Laboratories.

 

URJC thus joins the group of more than 17 Universities in Spain an Colombia that benefit from the use of LabMU in their television training infrastructures. 

 

LabMU will allow them to take the most out of their Digital TV environment, providing means to consolidate the knowledge in Digital TV, with direct multiuser access to a wide variety of functionalities incuded in LabMU. Students will then be able to perform in full simultaneous multiuser mode operations that would require big investments if other options were selected, such as DTT reception, DTT content capture, Transport Stream Analysis, Transport Stream Remultiplexing with user SI/PSI generation, DTT transmissions viewing, RF Analysis, COFDM modulation of generated contents, Transport Stream File playback and modulation, MPEG PS files playback and remultiplexing, and much more.

 

Under this agreement, URJC will become one of the most complete Multiuser Digital TV Laboratories. The options included in the agreement are:

 

- LabMU-Base

- LabMU-Live-T, LabMU-Live-ASI/OUT

- LabMU-TRx-DTTV

- LabMU-MPG2

- LabMU-MPGA2

Official presentation of "State of the Art in Audiovisual Technologies" PDF Print E-mail

Madrid, March 10, 2011

 

Last thursday, the Audiovisual Cluster of Madrid presented the report State of the Art in Audiovisual Technologies. This report tries to give a detailed overview of all technologies involved in the audiovisual value chain. From Image capture, through content reception by the end users.

The report was developed by Xpertia, with the collaboration of the Audiovisual Cluster, and some well known professionals of the audiovisual business.

This report is the first of its kind in the audiovisual businesss in Spain, and the aim of the document is to serve as consultation documentation for the indusrty, education, or any other technology knowledge transfer purpose.
